Dry Rub:
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp Paprika
1 1/2 Tbsp Salt
1 1/2 Tbsp Ground black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Braising Liquid:
1 cup White wine or cooking sherry
2 Tbsp White wine vinegar
2 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Honey
2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
Process: Apply dry rub no more than 20 min prior to cooking. Remove membrane from ribs using paper towel to grip. Wrap ribs in aluminum foil, and pour braising Liquid into the aluminum foil and seal. Cook in preheated oven according to suggested time/pound. [1 hour/lb + 15-30 minutes @ 225° F.]
