Beer Bread

PrepTime 90 Minutes
Serves 6-8

3 Cups Self-Rising Flour
3 Tablespoons Sugar
12 Oz. Warm Beer
1 Stick Butter (Melted)

Lightly mix together the flour, sugar, and beer into a lumpy batter. Pour into a greased 4X8 inch loaf pan. Pour one half of the melted butter over the
mixture and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Pour the remaining melted butter on top of bread and continue baking for 10 more minutes.
