Serves 4-6

Ingredients:
2 Cups Flour
4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
4 Tablespoons Shortening
1 Cup Milk

Process:
Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together. Cut shortening into sifted dry ingredients until like cornmeal. Add milk. Roll out on floured board and cut
with biscuit cutter. Bake on a greased baking sheet 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
