Chef Jimi Penti shares from his recipe collection: Buckeyes

2 cups Unsifted powdered Sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 stick butter
6 oz Chocolate Bits
1/3 cake Paraffin

Mix above incredients together well and make into 1 inch balls. Chill for 15 minutes. In top of double boiler milt 6 oz pdg of chocolate bits and 1/4 cake of paraffin. Stir well to blend. Dip each ball 3/4 of the way into the chocolate using a toothpick to hold balls. Set on waxed paper covered try to harden. With a teaspoon smooth the hold left by the toothpick and store in refrigerator until needed.
