5 Cups Dried Onion (2.5 Cups)
Water to Cover
2 Cans Tomato Juice (1 Can)
1/2 Cup Chili Powder (1/4 Cup)
1/4 Cup Salt (2 Tbsp)
1/2 Cup Sugar (1/4 Cup)
3/4 Cup Vinegar (6 Tbsp)
12# Good Quality Ground Beef (6#)

Bring all ingredients (but beef) together to a boil. Break up Ground beef and add. Simmer until done (4-6 Hours).
