Corn Bread Sticks

Serves 4-6

1 Cup Corn Meal
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Individual Egg (Beaten)
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
2 Tablespoons Butter (Melted)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease heavily 2 corn bread stick mold pans and warm in oven about 5 minutes. Sift into a large bowl corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees.
