PrepTime 15 Minutes
Serves 3-4

1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Milk
1 Teaspoon Sugar
3 Individual Eggs (Beaten)
8 Slices Bread (Day Old)

Combine eggs, salt, and sugar. Add milk gradually. Dip bread into mixture and place on a hot greased skillet. Brown, and serve while hot.
