Ingredient: Full Batch: 1/3 of a Batch
Unsalted Butter 4 Sticks 1 1/3 Sticks
Unsulfured Molasses 1 Cup 1/3 Cup
Sugar 3 Cups 1 Cup
Large Eggs 3 Large Eggs 1 Large Egg
Salt 1 Teaspoon 1/3 Teaspoon
Flour 7 Cups 2 1/3 Cups
Baking Soda 1 1/2 Tablespoons 1/2 Tablespoon
Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon 1 Teaspoon
Ground Ginger 1/2 Tablespoon 1/2 Teaspoon
Ground Cloves 1 Tablespoon 1 Teaspoon

Cream softened Butter; Beat in Sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in molasses; add eggs (one at a time), beating well after each addition. Add Salt.

In another bowl, sift Flour, baking soda, Ginger, Cloves, and Cinnamon; Stir into Butter mixture.

Roll into 1/2" balls with Sugar coated hands. Roll balls in Sugar and arrange 2 inches apart on umgreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 13 minutes.
