Hamburger Stroghanof

Serves 4-6

1/2 Cup Minced Onion
1 Clove Garlic Chopped
1/4 Cup Butter
1 Pound Ground Beef
1 Tablespoon Flour
2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Pound Fresh Mushrooms (Sliced) or 1 8 oz. Can Sliced Mushrooms (Drained)
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup (Undiluted)
1 Cup Sour Cream

Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Stir in meat and brown. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. Stir in soup and simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly. Garnish with parsley.
