Heath Brickle Crunch Cookies

PrepTime 30 Minutes
Serves 6-8

1 1/2 Cups Flour (Sifted)
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Individual Egg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Bag Heath Brickle
1/3 Cup Pecans (Coarsly Chopped)

Combine and sift flour, soda, and salt. Cream butter or margarine and add sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix until smooth and creamy. Stir in dry ingredients. Drop tablespoonfulls 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 12-15 minutes or until done.
