Mexican Wedding Cookies

Serves 4-6

1 Cup Margarine
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Pecans (Chopped)
1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar

Cream sugar and margarine. Add flour, salt, and nuts. Chill 1 hour. Roll dough into small balls and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar. Keep in airtight container.
