Microwave Carmel Corn

1 cup Brown Sugar
1 Stick Butter
1/4 Cup Karo Syrup
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
3-4 qts Popcorn

Combine all but corn and sode in 2 qt dish. Boil. Cook on full power 2 minutes. Remove, stir in soda. Add to popcorn in grocery sack and shake well. Then cook in bag on high 1 1/2 min. Shake cook again 1 1/2 min. Pour into pan to cool.
