3 Med Onions, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp Butter
2 Cans Beef Broth (10 oz)
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp pepper
6 slices Toasted French Bread
1 1/2 cups Shredded Swiss Cheese

In 3 quart casserole place onion and butter. Cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes, stirring after 5 min. Add broth, water, salt and pepper.

Cover and microwave on high 8-10 min. Spoon soup into 6 individual bowls and top each serving with slice toasted bread. Divide cheese evenly among servings 1/4 cup per serving. Microwave p to 3 bowls at a time, allowing 3/4 to 1 min per serving.
