Pumpkin Bread

Serves 8-10

1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Pumpkin
1 Cup Cooking Oil
2 Individual Eggs
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Cloves
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/3 Cup Water
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Raisins
1/2 Cup Walnut Meats

Beat together sugar, pumpkin, cooking oil, and eggs and while doing so soak raisins in hot water. Blend in the remaining ingredients and bake in a large loaf pan (or 3 small ones) for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
