Spaghetti Sauce

2 Pounds Ground Beef or split 1 pound ground beef and 1 pound Italian Sausage
1 Cup Onion chopped
2 Clove Garlic Minced
2 Can Tomatoes
1 Can Tomato Sauce
1 Can Tomato Paste
2 Tbsp Parsley Flakes
1 Tsp Dried Basil
1 Tsp Dried Oregano
1 Tsp Ground Thyme
4 Bat Leaves
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tsp Kosher Salt
(OPTIONAL: 1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes - For a Spicy Hot Sauce)

Cook and stir ground beef, onion, garlic in large saucepan till brown. Drain off fat. Add tomatoes and break up with fork. Stir in tomato sauce, Tomato Paste, 2 Tbsp Parsley flakes, sugar, 1 tsp salt. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 1 hour or until mixture is consistency of spaghetti sauce.
