Spanish Rice

Serves 6-8

1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Whole Onion Chopped
1 Clove Garlic Chopped
4 Cups Rice (Cooked)
1 16 oz. Can Chicken Broth
1 8 oz. Can El Pato Tomato Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Peanut Butter

Saute onion, garlic, and rice in butter until rice browns. Add Chicken broth, tomato sauce, cumin, chili powder, and peanut butter and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 20 minutes.
